Dr. Alfred William Garbutt, III, is a distinguished healthcare professional with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Renowned for his expertise in sports medicine, neuromuscular rehabilitation, and functional medicine/therapeutic nutrition, Dr. Garbutt has significantly impacted the field. His dedication to athlete well-being is evident through his role in preparing the USA National Field Hockey Team for the 1984 Olympics and his tenure in the Sports Medicine Department at Pepperdine University. A passionate advocate, Dr. Garbutt exposed and addressed the abuses of electro-convulsive therapy (ECT) in Asian psychiatric facilities, leading to pivotal changes in Indian laws to protect children from ECT. As the Founder and Co-Director of the Doctors’ Alliance Against ECT, and a Board member of the Drug Educators Alliance and the Ferguson Humanitarian Foundation, Dr. Garbutt exemplifies a commitment to medical advocacy, education, and humanitarian causes. Alongside his medical achievements, Dr. Rosen holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and possesses extensive experience in clinical, corporate, and charitable foundation realms, including FDA YAG Laser studies, Visual Field Machines development, and drug development studies. As the Founder and Medical Director of the Pearle Eye Foundation, former President of the San Diego Eye Bank, and President of the Southern Region of the National Society to Prevent Blindness, Dr. Rosen's impactful contributions have touched millions of lives globally.

Dr. Shintani's pioneering work extends to law, where he authored legislation legalizing Native Hawaiian Healing practices, showcasing his dedication to cultural preservation. Currently serving as the Associate Chair of Complementary and Alternative Medicine at the University of Hawaii School of Medicine, he holds leadership roles in various organizations, including Chair of the International Holistic Therapy Association and President of the Board of the Hawaii Center for Attitudinal Healing.
